Hi, I'm Stephany!

SO nice to meet you!

I thought I'd give you a little background about me. I am a certified nutritionist & personal trainer. In my practice I take my management and coaching expertise, and combine it with my knowledge in the fitness space to help you be the best version of YOU - inside & out.

I help women through my 1-1 coaching program, group coaching, facebook groups, and accessible resources like these. I hope this is the first step to get you on your path to a flourishing life. Make sure to watch out for other opportunities to work with me along the way!

Why did I create this checklist?

Fitness is about so much more than just appearance. Unfortunately, most women focus on fitness only to look a certain way. (I don't blame them, I once did too). When we do that, we risk:
